Please read the following condition of participation in the Buddhists on Broadway To Kill a Mockingbird matinee in New York, New York.

Box Office Will Call

Please note that all participants will meet at or near the box office of the assigned theatre no later than 30 minutes prior to showtime.  The coordinator will be present to distribute tickets.  The entire group will be seated in one section.  If you are attending with a friend or family member and wish to sit together, please make extra sure to arrive early.  Every attempt will be made to ensure that all participants’ requests are met.  We are happy to accommodate your wishes.

Every theatre on Broadway is required to meet accessibility needs.  If you require hearing equipment or closed captioning devices, again, please be sure to arrive early.  Theaters can and do run out of closed captioning devices, so arrive and request what you’ll need early.

Note:  Most Broadway theatres were built before the passage of the ADA.  It may be necessary to climb stairs to reach seats.
